This wonderful Azilal features an abstract blue line design on a fluffy white wool background. It is finished with mustard and sherbet orange details at the ends, and white cotton tassels. This rug will make a unique and eye-catching addition to any interior!
Our Moroccan carpets are hand-knotted using local sheep's wool in the Atlas mountains. The construction of the Azilal rug starts with raw sheep wool mixed with some colourful cotton or dyed wool to produce an interesting and abstract design. A feature of the Azilal is the extra woven row between the knots, resulting in a less dense and more aerated rug.
Each Berber rug has been sustainably made with raw materials to create durability to be used for many years, using the same traditional techniques that have been past down from generation to generation throughout antiquity.
